      after evaluating all performances, ibps found that 99% students attempted above 190…so cutoff will be high like CAT and GATE exams.

  124. sir i answered the questions and kept marked for review, after completion of xam marked for review and no.of questions not answered were correctly given by system software but it gave no.of answered as zero. its the first time i wrote the exam so i am tensed whether my answers will be valid or not plzz reply as fast as possible

    • u r supposed to SAVE the answers by clicking on SAVE option. “mark for review” option is for “returning back later & solving the Qsn, if u get time”. but if u don’t get time, den whatever option u have “marked” will b saved as final answer. so don’t worry. if u hav “marked” correct answers, the system Automatically finalises the “marked” option.
      & no of Qsn answered shows those, which u already “saved” with confidence.

    • cutoffs will be above 180. Sectional cutoffs will be 20 for each section. There wont be any interviews… prepare for upcoming exams.

        Interview being held or not is another matter. In any case cut off won’t and never be above 180. If it happens then congrats “PANDA” and “IBPS CLERK” you both are so lucky that only you two will work on the numerous clerk vacancy. Hope you two can manage to go each and every branch in every state in a day to do all the clerical jobs.

  247. If IBPS is going to declare result in 1 or 2 days then why they have released such notification.
    According to the previous pattern mains result used to declare in jan and interviews are conducted in feb. So they were taking 2 months to complete the process.
    Since there are no interviews this year, same amount of time will be taken by them this year.
    So according to me result will come in feb.

    • 75% of 170 is 127.5. but score with negative marks is 116.87.it is enough score for final allotment. because 2015 rajastan final cutoff for ST is (46.80/100). wait for final results…

    • There will be a provision to reprint the application for the candidates selected for interview. You can verify by selecting CWE PO/MT -V option in IBPS website.

        Max is 150 to 160 height for any state
        lower is 110 to 125

  330. Dear frenzy don’t bother about selection. Becoz ibps declared that term r 20 lakh candidates r appeared for prilims but only 10% r selected for mains means only two lakh. Think ibps prilims is very easy.even though only two lakh candidates were got selected. Main exam was quite tough then think how many will be passed?. Supos 75% were passed. Means 150000. Then think maximum 20000 r appeared for clerk as well as po.n they got selected for po.and 10000 were tried for improvement. If interview happens many will be failed. Then only around 1 lakh candidates r remaine. This year 30000 vacancy is there in all India. So cut off will be slight high comparatively last year. So guys don’t lose ur hopes. Just pray to god.

    • I too am predicting the same. Govt is not going to again spend for a physometric test. If ur info regarding SSC is correct then I guess 100% interviews will be there and they are just waiting for the permission.

  347. Here is latest news to all the IBPS aspirants. There will be a Psychometric test in place of Interview forthe IBPS Junior Level posts. Interviews may replace with IBPS Psychometric Test to be held soon. Earlier the PSB banks have been recommended to discontinue interview for clerical and junior level posts. In this regard, the Finance Ministry has asked all the public sector banks to strengthen the Junior Level written examination. In a recent meeting, the IBPS secretaries chaired by the cabinet secretary have taken a decision to replace the Interviews with Psychometric Test. A notification has released from the government of India regarding no interview for IBPS Clerk V and also for central government jobs in Class-III and IV categories. As per official notification, from January 1, 2016 there will be no interview for all junior level posts in the government of India ministries, departments, attached and subordinate offices, autonomous bodies and PSUs. But the IBPS has thinking to conduct the Psychometric Test instead of Interviews. So, all students are advised to make a note of this latest announcement made by IBPS. Few days back, the CWE V clerk Preliminary and Mains examination was conducted in the month of December/January 2016 by IBPS. The result of preliminary exam were released and Main yet to release. After announce of Clerk Mains result, the IBPS may conduct Psychometric Test for final selection of applicants. So, students have to know about this test and get ready to face this test.Psychometric tests generally consist of Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Diagrammatic Reasoning tests and Situational judgment tests. The psychometric test is a level playing field. This test is to check the fair way of comparing different candidates’ strengths regardless of educational background.

    • Seriously most frustrating part, looking at the ibps main website and finding the same notification regarding delay in result. Whatever may be the decision of the authorities but they should at least declare the list of candidates qualifying the mains exam. It has created havoc in the minds of aspirants.

Guys one latest news from one of my friend whose relative is in ibps is that IBPS is not waiting for any approval from higher authority but for collecting vacancies of various banks to decide cutoff and for those who think that they can file petition against IBPS for not conducting interview to make further delay ,is that they can read detailed advertisement for IBPS CLERK 5 in which it is cleraly mentioned IBPS has the right to change/cancel process of selection at any time so their PIL will automatically be quashed and he told that people are just fooling and predicting the result date but actually whole process is already been decided and the final allotment(without any interview,psychometric test) will be done and displayed in the second week of april after PO final allotment as usual.

  367. Sir, in interview what type of questions asking and interview committee how much time they use for selection of each candidate. Max they take 10 MTS per candidate. Is it necessary to hold one more exam to all candidates. Management and Ibps people think on this and decide. There is no meaning to delay announcement of main exam result. Thanks.

  415. Sir… I must say that it’s totally unfair to all kbps aspirants.. I am not only mentioning unfair because of me. When the notification arrives they said 80:20 is the procedure to qualify mains . According to that most of among us refer the previous year cutoff and do according to it .. I mean to say as predicted this time..if they suddenly cancel this procedure means only top scores gonna qualify..if they would have mention it before only we could have done better than as we did now… I am really very disappointed…

    • yes siddhart ibps use to keep some reserve list, after alloting final. in which if any bank vacancies during the period they will easily get these reserved list candidates……… but it wont give the promise that they will hire…..! it may be or may not be………
